Dyno chart for their G37 5AT?

I recently got my car dyno'ed and I am not happy with the numbers. I think the dyno was jacked up. It was a Dynojet and they had a tiny fan in front. I am trying to find some charts to compare for the Automatics. Also, as I remember, you only lose 18%hp for an auto drivetrain loss. These guys were telling me it was 25%. wtf?

Blackjack had his dynoed at Forged... 235 i think on a dynamic dyno which is around 260 on a dynojet... conditions were a bit humid IIRC.

usually 15% manual, 20% auto. varies depending on conditions.

people rely on the final numbers too much. the reason for the baseline dyno is that you achieve a delta for when you mod.

check with gamedog. I thnk that he had his dynoes and his is 5AT.

The folks that I have seen dynoed on the most recent generation G35 Sedan as well as dynos for the G37 Coupe when 5AT and 6MT is done under the same conditions and at roughly the same time have been within 3 HP of eachother.

Well I got low numbers with my INJEN intake. I do realize though that the INJEN has its best gains while driving anyways but I got extremely low numbers.

not to mention every dyno is different, so once you mod ur car, it is best to use the exact same dyno machine to calculate the increase accurately

It is 330hp to the crankshaft and it varies at the wheels depending on whether you have a manual/automatic. The normal drivetrain hp loss for a Manual is 13-15% and 18-25% for an Automatic.

Ah yeah that's right. I knew that it was one of you. Didn't the two of you have very close results. From what I am seeing in both the coupe and the sedan, there is less drivetrain loss from the Gs AT than in most ATs.
