Honda got boo boo

Was merging onto I-35 North bound off Loop 820 traffic was at a standstill in the Exit Only lane and someone deicded to rear end me going 60+mph while i was at 0.... doesnt look too good... frames bent axel's busted and muffler pipes are damaged all the way up to the engine bay

the right rear tire is also bent... could see alot more damage if in person doesnt look bad but its terrible i think the other ladies car's done for

God, you need to sue their stupid @$$ for a new upgraded Honda....I hope it wasnt some dump jack@$$ that doesn't have insurance. Hope you're doing OK...definitely go get checked up and don't sign anything. The neck strain, etc. can even kick in a month after it happened. Whiplash is a beaaatch....

Glad to hear you're alright. I had a similar accident where I went to a chiropractor for about 3 months following the accident. I ended up getting pain and suffering payments equal to that of the cost of the treatments (~$5k) without a lawyer. I probably could have gotten more if I went with a lawyer but after their 33% it sometimes comes out about the same.

Most important thing is that you get checked out. Like TwoK said ... the pain can kick in a month or more down the road!

thanks for the concern guys... not looking to sue or get any money ill be fine they had insurance and hopefully i can get some money to get another car because i no longer want this one.... got alotta things going on right now. Schools getting hard works getting rough the G's all messed up with all the electrical problems now the accord... lifes a ***** sometimes... lol hopeing for better days

yeah man people dont pay attention sometimes... it happens though normal everyday thing... sometimes its alot worse

any ways... I need to take this piece of scrap metal to get fixed and apraised somewhere REALLY GOOD and not worried about the money becuase its THERE insurance... so somewhere really good in dallas/ ft worth (metroplex) that would WORK FOR ME!!! and not the INSURANCE AGENT or ADJUSTER...

There's that big auto collision place next to the Audi dealer which is next to Grubbs ... I don't have any personal experience with that location but I've seen work done from another location and it was done very well.
