Question State of the Union

So with Randy leaving us where does this club really stand? I feel like everything has really been stagnant in the past few months.

JD and I are wanting to make some business cards/flyers to help promote the club. We need to recruit "active" members instead of relying on the passive recruitment we've been used to.

I need all active members to PM me your email address, so that we can get things really moving. We have so much potential, but it's just not being tapped into.

I'm all about it Moog, Let's rock and roll.....

In the club's defense, winter is down time for all car shows and meets period. It's like a season in professional sports, there is always an off season. It makes sense to have our off season when it's 35 degrees at night. No one wants to stand around looking at cars, even the most crazy of modified cars when it's that cold it makes the whole experience a little less amusing.

But If we want to put together photo shoots and cruises and what not, you know the TT G is always down.

PM sent!

Hey guys, regarding a G meet this winter, I hope you will all give serious thought to attending the Raging Bull Texas Stampede on January 27-29. It is primarily targeted at G35s and Zs. This could be a great event to get everyone jazzed up about a meet during the winter months. I guarantee you will probably have the most fun you can ever have on public roads. If you enjoy driving your car, this is the event you don't want to miss. The roads are some of the best in Texas. The scenery (when you have time to enjoy it) is amazing. Most importantly, the camaradarie is unforgettable. Of course, I almost forgot to mention the many items which will be given away throughout the weekend.

I know Kerrville is not close to Dallas/Fort Worth, but I believe you will think it is well worth the drive after you've experienced one Stampede. We already have six cars signed up to come from your area. The Z Club of Dallas is a Club Sponsor so there should be quite a few more people from Dallas coming down. You could have a caravan down here. It's really a state-wide event with people driving in from as far away as Abilene, Houston, and Del Rio.

I hope a few more of you will decide to join theeggman at our event.

I for one will be trying to attend...I mean, hell some of us actually drove our G's all the way to OKC...OKC!!!! I think we actually got to tip a cow over with as fast as were got to go on OK highway. My job is pretty much in the air but hopefully I'll have something concrete by then.

Sounds like a mutiny. Who wants to be keel hauled first?

I have asked for volunteers in the past to help run the club with no response, from you so called active members. Where were you then? Talk is cheap. If you think you have something to offer our club step up or shut up!
