Just finished my aluminum battery cover. What do you think?

This is just a prototype and I will be making a press mold for anyone else who would like one. I also will have the driver side plate done in a couple of weeks along with a billet dip stick handle. I polished the entire plate but the inside part can be painted any color. In addition I machined INFINTI in the plate but SKYLINE, BLOWN or any other 5 to 7 letters could be machined on the plate. PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK OR IF ANYONE IS INTERESTED.

Sweeet, man I've been waiting for you to finish this up. Let me know how much it would run for.

BTW, great job.

Very Sweet! I might be interested in one for each side. When can we see them in person?

For your info. This piece was cut out on a metal band saw and then machined. However, if i get enough interest I will have a mold made that can be used on a press brake. This will allow me to have several cut out at a time. It works like a cookie cutter for metal. The driver side cover is made by flipping the left side(mirror image). I am also making some aluminum inserts for the front radiator support.

DFW members can see the finished product at the next meet or just hit me up if you are around town and I will try and swing by.
