Agenda would be something like this:

8am: Meet up in DFW area
8:30am: Drive to Randy's
10am: Arrive after leisurely cruise to Glen Rose
10:30am: Meet everyone
11am: start any DIY projects people bring
12pm: eat some BBQ (burgers and dogs maybe)
1:30pm: go for another cruise in my area
3pm: return and relax and enjoy eachothers company
5-6pm: start pokers game and eat more...

of course, it will vary off course, but that's just an idea...also, if some want, they could bring any X-Box or other game system (since I'm not into them and don't own one) and hook them up in the livingroom. We'll just make a day of it...GF and wifes would be invited...we could get some margaritas going and it would be BYOB for those that want beer...Melissa could even bring her kid since I have a 4 yr old he could play with...

Should we bring anything Randy? extra food, beer, condiments, sodas?

 

Personally, I don't think we should show up empty handed and we should all BYOB and kick in for the BBQ, and bring a covered dish or some other food. I don't want to put a burden on Randy when 200+ people show up on his doorstep.

 

Yeah, 200+...gulp...I'm sure it'll be the usual people...I imagined about 15-20...but the more the merrier...I do disagree with a covered dish only because if we are doing SPIRITED driving from the DFW area to my house, I'd hate for someone to spill something in their G. If anyone want to chip in, that's cool too. What does everyone want to eat? Hamburgers/Hot dogs? Homemade hamburgers, of course. Not that Costco crap...suggestions? Good looking out, Robert...but I don't EXPECT anything and it's def no burden to have my FRIENDS over to my home.

 

I know you don't drink alcohol, so bring whatever you prefer, or let me know what you like and it'll be provided...

On a side note, this goes out to everyone, please try to make it. Randy is taking time to put this together. The least we can do is show up and support da meet. I'm trying my best to get a panoramic lens for the camera so that we can really get some good shots of all da G's lined up.
