You will be sorry if you buy from them or have your car serviced thier. They have the worst cust. relationship and service manager in town. I would pay pay double the price for a car and drive 100 miles further (yes even with gas prices at $4.00 a gallon) before I will ever go back to that place.

I bought from Sewell..didn't have any problems. I had a bad experience w/ Grubbs (Gil McDaniel) and Crest (Tim Walker), so I ended up at Sewell (Allison Cohen). Had a very easy purchase, no probs what so ever.

Yeah same here..hell they sometimes already had the loaner ready to go and/or my ride ready by the time I get there...no probs with having warranty work done...thumbs up to Mario Cantu @ Sewell for service...I left a mssg at Grubbs not too long ago and they didn't even bother to call back...

Well, my car was orignally purchased at Sewell... and the previous owner had all their work done their as well. Also, my dealership's ownership and Sewell have about 22 years of relations with the ownership... consequently, I don't get messed with

I took my car in for service a few weeks ago and couldn't have been treated better

However, I will be heading to Grubbs tomorrow and give them a shot with my brakes and they get a chance to win me over... if they put me in an M for a day or so, I might be going back much more often

I used to work at sewell and I know the service manager there. He isn't the greatest guy to deal with.... worked with him before he became a manager... but in general the customer service you get a sewell is about as good as it gets. Not every visit will go well...that's just the nature of the business....but overall most of the people there try their best to make you happy.

If you want good service on the service drive I recommend Mario Cantu at sewell or Jay Capps at grubbs. I worked with both of these guys and they are great.
