Rate the local dealerships in order of conservatism
No, I'm not talking about political perferences here. Put in order the dealerships that are least likely to void your warranty of modifications like headers, cats, pullies, etc.
The options are: Crest, Sewell and Grubbs

I'm not sure what you are looking for here...
I have never been nor do I have the desire to visit the service departments at Sewell or Crest.
I do know for a fact that Grubbs will not void a warranty claim just because you have made any mods to your car. If you have installed something yourself and had done a poor job doing so and then try to get it repaired under a warranty that may be something else.
Since I visit the dealership all the time I can tell you that I have seen Grubbs go ABOVE & BEYOND what I have seen at any other service center. They really try to take care of the customer and do all they can to get things covered under warranty.
They are the best in my book without a doubt.

1. Grubbs
2. Crest
3. Sewell
Grubbs has, by far, the most aftermarket participation of the 3 Infiniti dealers around DFW. I'd feel safe taking my car to Grubbs for service even though I bought my car at Sewell and Crest is 5 minutes down the street from me.

I figured Grubbs would be at the top of the list. Heck, they have an entire website dedicated to performance parts!
If only I didn't live in Rockwall. I'd be at Grubbs daily.

I purchased mine at Sewell. However, I don't feel confident in getting my service work there.
Just my 2 cents. I'm sure they are completely capable service guys, but I'm afraid they would kill me with my mods.

I've seen a Stillen supercharged coupe at Crest for sale in their showroom before, and they sell a few mods here and there. I personally don't like Crest sales, but service isn't that bad.

I know we have many members who did not buy their cars from Grubbs but come to Grubbs for all their service because they were not happy with some of the other local dealerships.
I do not like to give anyone bad press without firsthand knowledge of the situation. But I can tell you some horror stories that I have heard from our members...

1. Grubbs - because of the obvious-definitely mod friendly
2. Sewell - no hassle and great service. Never any probs w/ warranty work nor did their salespeople look at me like I couldn't afford to buy a car (but I got that from EVERYWHERE else)
3. All other (Crest - crap as far as their sales is concerned- dunno bout service) Had some sales chic sent out to me dat didn't know jack bout the car. Hell, I was doing the selling myself. lol
