You can come and go as you please.You don't have to stay with your car the whole time. You can go to one of the many fine restuarants in the downtown area, the pre and post party, and just so much more.

I was told 5pm. Last year the lines to get in were long some get there early.

I would have loved to enter with you guys this go around, but my car isn't show ready yet (Paint scratches and stuff) I'll be ready in the next month and I would love to go with you guys to something like this.
I had my stereo and interior speakers installed last week. The trunk design is going to take some time & $$$, but the guy is booked for the next few weeks. So, he won't be able to get to me for a while. So, he improvised made a false floor to for the amps and box for the sub, and it's just bare MDF. It looks very much under construction! He did a good job at making it look not so good, so that I have no choice but to go back and have something done. That's okay... it serves it's purpose for now!
According to this we need to roll-in together in order to be staged together:

Check-In/Load-In will be begin at 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., on Friday August 5, 2005. Look for signs that will direct you to the staging area. While in line you will be classified. After classification you will be given a modification sheet, two wristbands (event passes), and a regulations for the event. The classification sheet will be used by the judges when they mark their score sheets as well as spot your vehicle in the show. Your classification sheet must be clearly displayed on the driver-side window at all times during move-in and show hours.
ABSOLUTELY NO SATURDAY ROLL-IN!!!
Regulations
• Placement will be given on a first come first serve basis. What this means is that you should get to the venue early. If a member of your crew arrives late, does not caravan with you, and is not in line with you at the time of roll-in, they will not be placed with you (NO EXCEPTIONS).
• The vehicle must be clean and free of body damage. Project cars and prototypes must be in a completed state.
• NO support vehicles are allowed inside the venue, you must walk/carry your equipment inside the venue.
• When you check-in you will be given two wristbands, one for yourself and one for whoever is going to bring you back the next day.
• FUEL REGULATIONS FOR THIS EVENT is between 1/8 tank to empty. You will not be allowed inside the venue if you have more then 1/8 tank of gas.
• Cars will be required to disconnect batteries once parked on the show floor. The show will not start until all batteries have been disconnected.

P.S. Now the tricky part will be that the girl Im dating may go and if dat happens I'm gonna have to be good. Dat means "cover for me while I go get girls"....muahaa haa haa... Man, I just know I'm gonna end up getting in trouble. Always seems to happen when I go to Fiesta in SA.
