Question DIY for fixing light curb rash?

So my new wheels have a few light curb rash spots on a couple of them. There is also a scratch on the face of one wheel that occurred during Shipping. Does anyone know how to fix this (doesn't have to be perfect just almost prefect) or know of a DIY I can check out? I know they have to be sanded with several diff grit and then polished, but I don't know which Polish to use or which grits of sandpaper I should use. Help plz

Also any tips on touching up the small scratch? It's about 1.5" in length and 1/8th to 1/10th of an inch wide...so it took off enough to make the face black. The wheels are polished silver...what color paint shoulf I use?
