El Cheapo Radar Rearview Mirror Mount DIY

So I was in search for a rearview mount for my Escort Passport 8500 X50, but i was not willing to pay up $50 - $80 for a mount. So i came along a forum and I made my own
Super cheap and you might have everything you need right at home using bicycle parts.

Here is the original link i take no credit other than finding it lol
el cheapo rearview mirror mount for passport 9500ix

But here are some pictures of the end results and im extremely happy with the results now just time to test it out.

I have it hard wired, The wire is tucked running it down to the fuse panel by the pedals.

You can wire the radar into the HomeLink mirror and have a really clean and easy install.
