Unless your sitting there with a GTM twin turbo 3.7 with 500+

 

Funny, I asked the same question in another thread after sitting in the dealer and admiring the 3.7 emblems. I was chastised as well :-)

I'll be glad when the 'debadging' movement is over.

 

Some folks live life with their glass half empty while others have it half full. It's all about perspective.

 

I was thinking a totally different route. Why not go with some real Fender emblems! But I only have a Jackson and an ESP so I would be lying.

I would put a turbo badge somewhere. I'm just not sold on the 3.7 one still.

 

Man sorry I respectively disagree the 3.7 engine is a marvel. It's such a great engine.

 

Jedi mater has a way with words he does. Misinterpret me not young one for what I speak of is a badge.

 

As soon as i pulled into the dealership, i saw the 3.7 badge on the G. It stuck out like a sore thumb.

Odd thing for Infiniti to do, imo.

This topic isn't really about debadging though, it's about adding badges.

 

That made me laugh... I read your post too fast... sorry.

 

Rather than that 3.7 badge it would have made much more sense IMO to put a side marker there, would look good and actually have some function, for those of us that still use turn signals, lol.

 

Okay so I know I'm going to be chastised but here we go. After a couple months of having the car de- emblemized (I made that word up), I am now wanting to go back with just the fuji and g37 emblem, but I want it in black chrome. A couple threads mention a set that was for sale but is now discontinued and some other are DYI. Does anyone know if there is a aftermarket set available? If not can you recommend a vendor that has a OEM replacements?

Op hope you are still not at the dealer!!! But the. Again it is a Nissan product ...

Anyway I say go for it. I think they look cool. 3.7 is a decent motor in a jap car!!!
