Anyone try vented seats in coupe?

Someone has to have looked into putting the vert vented seats in a coupe.
I'm not sure where to source some seats, may be from a salvage yard ?
Would it be as easy as basically swapping seats ?

The 2013 vert I looked at the other day, had a fan on the back of the seat, that drew air in from there, that got me thinking, lol why not just get these seats and put them in a coupe???
I know that new from the dealer, those seats would cost too much, but maybe find some from a salvage yard, that's still in good shape, I don't know, just thinking lol

I have a vert and you are right they are great. You might want to check this out:

I hope this helps.

Thanks for the link, Ive seen something like that, not sure those would work if the seats don't have the vent holes, that's why I was thinking getting the vert seats, just not sure if anyone has done it yet lol

The perforation size in the nonconvert. verses the convert perforation size and amount may not be the same. I work for a nonautomotive seating company and we use a larger perf. and more of them to get the air flow that is required. I am not saying you may not get any benefit from adding an aftermarket unit but it may not be as good as it should be. Just an FYI.
