where is the cig lighter fuse box?

where is the cig lighter fuse box?
where is it? i cant find the fuse box for the cig lighter.. any idea where the location of it? is it under the battery?

its with all the other fuses on the driver side panel. open your drivers door and remove the fuse panel

fuse panel is by the (driver side) foot pedal....
