Painted my grill yesterday

im happy with the results for a DIY project especially since it cost me about $20 in materials and 3 hrs labor when the local shop quoted me around $350 and two days in the shop !!! gotta love the Hamptons.

sorry about the crummy pics, weather is craptastic today.

Great job.

how did you prep? what paint and clear coat did you use?

I want to do it myself too, but I want it to last as well.

Because it's easy for you to screw up, have the pro's do it and it's not that much more expensive. Materials cost about 20-25 dollars to do it yourself, a shop I know will do it for 40 bucks.
