Need help removing door panel

I've located thse two threads: https://www.myg37.com/forums/body-in...l-removal.html
https://www.myg37.com/forums/audio-v...l-removal.html
and I'm stuck on these two steps:
-Insert a remover tool into clips on door finisher and dis-engage clips.
-Pull up door finisher and pull out toward vehicle inside.

How do I disengage the clips and which direction do I pull?

I endded up going a different route. I took a few pictures of all the pieces up to pulling the panel off but I didn't know where the clips were. I was hoping for a picture of the back of the door panel so I could see the clips and hangers. I have since bought a better trim tool and will be less timid next time. I'll take a lot of pictures and post them when I get the panel off.

There is no room for timidness when popping the door panel off! If my memory is correct there is a small slot on the very bottom of the door panel where you can get a flat tool in and gently pry. The plastic clips will pop right off - you are basically just prying away from the door.

I know how to do it now and will take pictures when I do it here shortly. I've been working on sound dampening the truck area just for something to pass the time.

She's in Dallas this week. She is STILL waiting for the Nebraska DMV to receive the title from Infiniti Financial. Arizona took their sweet azz time doing their part of the paperwork. So the car is not legal to drive here, Nebraska has a 30 day grace period.

This is not a big deal to us since it is snowing and icy more than not right now. And we have three other cars to drive. Her Maxima does pretty well in the snow, I'm sure the G is just the opposite.

I got the door panel off. Kevin Pierson said it best, "There is no room for timidness when popping the door panel off!"

I took a bunch of pictures. Didn't get very far though. The next panel kicked my azz.
