Best way to touch up a scratch

Pulling out of my driveway an hour ago I backed into the neighbours car. F#$%!! Suffice to say the damage really isn't that bad, just the paint has chipped a bit. Thankfully the car I hit was a POS honda, and they won't be fixing it because they are replacing it when it dies.

Anyways, what would be the best way for me to attack this? Its only on the rear bumper, maybe a tiny bit on the right quarter. I have an Infiniti touch up pen, but it appears more black than blue slate on the car. I understand that the paints 11 years old but I want perfection! Well, as perfect as I can get it at this point.

I ended up taking a video but got a picture of the damage. Will upload in another post as it's on my phone.

Most of the micro-scratches should polish out. The large scratch near the edge is the bigger problem, but it's possible to minimize its appearance. AMMO NYC has a bunch of videos on scratch repair - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCYs...TkoxI5D17s1u-w

Try this out, it will get rid of the scuffing. If you want to sent it, use some gasoline, or nail polish. The small chip I would honestly just leave it alone, after a month it will just become normal and you won't realize as much, or care as much. But if you are wanting to fix it, you can go too a auto paint shop get a small amount of paint, and dab it up.

Meguiar's clay bar...It will remove 90% of that. Can pick up at any Wal-Mart. After that, Scratch X, buff and wax.

Apply a little touch up paint where needed, let dry, clear coat from pen, let dry -- repeat. Wait 24 Hrs. Hit it again with the scratch X, buff and wax.
