Will touch up paint fix this?

Long story short, my car came with tuner lugs on my stock wheels and I had my front driver wheel pop off while I was driving. Now the fender is slightly pulled paint around the edge cracked and it is beginning to rust. I was also rear ended by a moron tailgating me in a one way road in a construction zone. The car in front of me braked hard to avoid construction debris so I did the same. Unfortunately, the car riding my *** didn't get the message. Now there are four lines of chipped paint where his bumper hit me. No cracks or dents though. Will Infiniti touch up paint fix this? What can I do about the rust? I know I cant do anything about the slightly pulled driver fender.

Touch Up paint will not really not "fix" it ... it will cover up the difference in color the abrasions have caused including the metal showing but the texture will be the same or worse (touch up paint isn't really smooth). The bare metal should be sanded, primed then painted. The rest also really need professional repair to be done right. Hopefully you got insurance info from the guy who hit you (his fault) and you can get his damage fixed with zero out of pocket on his insurance companies dime. Best to have the other things repaired at the same time and take advantage of the "economy of scale" and pay the difference for the damaged not caused by him.

Can the touch up paint me a temporary fix though after I sand the metal for the rust problem? It was a while ago and I did get his info but I let him go. I didn't think it was worth it to make a claim for four lines of chipped paint and no structural damage.

Well yeah, but again IMHO a temporary fix. Chipped paint is chipped paint ... it wasn't there before he hit you so I don't understand why you wouldn't get it fixed. You don't have to contact your insurance company at all. Now if it were a beater car than sure, no harm no foul.

To be honest, he gave me his driver's license but didn't have insurance and I didn't want to get the police involved because my license was suspended. I know its a temporary fix I just want it to stop rusting until I can save up the funds to get it professionally done. I'm probably going to change my bumper to the IPL style in the future so im not too worried about the rear

And people wonder why insurance is so high ... So we have an uninsured driver and a unlicensed driver. Sorry dude, my sympathy just took a 180.

And I was 20 at the time. My insurance is almost as high as rent for an apartment. I wasn't expecting any sympathy just technical advice lol. My license became suspended because I didn't know I had to submit my certificate for completion of driver's school.

use a rust converter before using touchup paint or it will just bubble and peel again.

Also, don't drive on a suspended licence. That's an idiot move that will get you arrested and your car impounded.
