Cleaning up diff bushing fluid

I recently got Whiteline bushings installed. The shop left all the fluid drip on the cover, which is expected. What's the best way to clean dried silicone oil?

try a product called "bar keeper's friend" that's what I use it works excellent to clean that stuff. it's aggressive enough to clean, but not aggressive enough to change the surface or leave marks.
