Exhaust Tips Rust - Removal Help

Any ideas how to remove this rust? Washing and using IronX helped but still rust remaining.

Some 000 steel wool and some mothers polish should do it.

That's really light surface rust. It might come off with a good penetrating oil.

Use the steel wool and metal polish option. Put the metal polish on the actual 0000 steel wool. Remove with a regular towel. MF doesn't work well on metal for me.

I used high temp engine paint that looks like chrome when dried on some tips for a friend after cleaning off the surface rust. The finish still looks new after 30k miles
