What car cover do you use for your G Sedan?

Hey guys I am moving, and will not have the comfort of parking my OB sedan in my garage anymore. I have decided to get her a car cover to protect her from the elements, and D-bags. Which car cover do you guys recommend? I live in PA so it has to be able to tolerate our winters. I have seen some on Ebay, and Z1 offers one as well. Just wanted to get everyones opinion before I make a decision. I like to get one that extends down to cover most of the rims as well. Let me know and thanks!!

IMO car covers can do more harm than good, can easily scratch up & mar the clearcoat, not to mention the negative attention it could attract (from the so called D-Bags)

My recommendation would be to just keep the car decently clean & get it detailed (paint correction) on an annual basis, but maybe someone else has some experience on covers that could help you. Honestly you won't be able to match the protection of a garage, esp if you will park in a lot or on the street where you subject to careless people and bad parkers

I've been covering my 2009 sedan since I took it home from the dealer. I have a non-covered parking space outside my place with no one next to me so don't have to worry about door dings, but the cover is great for keeping bird crap, leaves and tree sap off the car, as well as protecting it from UV damage - both inside and out. I usually only drive it on weekends, and cover it the rest of the week. To protect it from scratches from the cover I always wash the car on the weekend before covering it up. The first cover was a thin one (probably Mosom plus) that lasted 4 years. I just started using a Silverguard and while it is bulkier, it provides better protection, and I think it will last longer as well. It has a very soft inside layer that I don't think could possibly harm the finish unless you covered up a dirty car with it. It's nice to get home from work Friday, pull the cover off, and have a clean G37 ready to go for the weekend.

I only need it for the next two years or so. Do you think mosom is good as silver guard( other than durability) ? Did the Mosom plus have a soft inner lining as well?

The first one I used was a single layer so there was no inner lining. It didn't do any harm to the paint though, so if you just need it for the short term it will get the job done.

It's been garaged every night for the last two years... I have temporarily moved so will not have access to a garage anymore.

Bump! Anyone else have feedback?
