Dime sized dent on rear quarter panel

I bought my G37x used and there's this Dent on the quarter panel that laughs at me every time I look at my car.

I'm going to be bringing it in soon for some PDR and was wondering what is the best way for them to access the quarter panel without drilling a hole in my door jamb.

I also have a small dime sized on on my wheel arch on the opposite side (flat portion of my wheel arch). Are wheel arches a bit tougher to fix because there is a double layer of metal?

Any ideas?

Have a qualified pro look at that, sometimes they will heat up the area and apply strong suction cup and pop it out.

Yeah I had the guy look at it and he said he can get them out... The one on the wheel arch i'm not not confident with because of the double line of metal.

my dent guy said he would have to drill a hole in the door jam and feed the tool to the exact location (mine is from a stone).

Haven't decided to do it yet. Don't feel like having holes drilled to fix a dent.

you can get at it by taking off the tail light. i had one on the c pillar on my g35 and i took the light off to access the area.
