Thanks.

I got the 2 bucket method set up and the foammaster.....I didnt think about using my leaf blower but I'll give a try.
I also have an air compressor for those tight areas.

As a fellow enthusiast detailer and owner of a BO car, Its a labor of love.

I'd suggest considering using a sealant instead of a wax. The protection lasts much longer and it will keep the BO looking perfect longer. If you like the extra pop of the wax, you can wait until the sealant has cured, and then apply a wax over the top of it for an even longer lasting protection.

I use Opti-Seal spray sealant on the rims to reduce brake dust and Blackfire Wet Diamond Sealant on the car put on with a lake country crimson hydro tech or blue regular pad.

I've just learned that once you spend a full day detailing the car, you want to protect it as long as possible to increase the time intervals between details.

Thanks.
It has the self healing clear coat. It took me a really long time to erase the swirls.

This morning was the first "2 bucket wash" after detailing it and it looks as good as when I did the detail.....keeping my eye on it

Does 08 have self healing paint? I was under the impression only 09 and 11 have them

When I was looking into what items to buy for detailing this self healing paint was one of the things I was concerned about. I searched a few places and I could not find anything confirming that the '08 had the self healing paint so I ended up calling one of my local infiniti dealers and they said that '08 had this feature.

Either way, Im keeping my eye on it and see what happens

Looks Good! I use chemical guys and took me 17 hours. But that was because I used paint sealant, then wax then a over coat then a deep gloss with another top sealant!

But Good job!
