Sanding and Haze

Ok I had a semi deep scratch on the front of the bumper filled it up with touch up paint from the dealer. I bought a product called Quixx from auto zone. It says to fill up the scratch, sand it with 3000 sand paper, then use the 1st polish, and then the 2nd. I tested it out on this small scratch on the front of the car before using it on the touch up area. After using the sand paper and polishing, its still hazy.
How do i get rid of this? Its really annoying. And any tips on what I should do with the touch up painted area to kinda level out the paint on the back bumper? Thanks

I'm not sure if you can sufficiently move 3000 grit haze by hand. Not well anyway. A good random orbital polisher and some medium cutting polish on an orange pad will make it disappear completely.
