Thanks! Any comparison products you'd recommend?

Any comments on Mothers line of leather care products? Their leather conditioner contains lanolin which is supposed to be better for leather than artificial lubricants.. Thoughts?

Lexol for me

Lexol cleaner when needed and Lexol conditioner maintenance 3-4 times per year in all of my cars for over 15 years. No issues with cracking, fading or anything, in any of them, ever.
I still drive a 2003 Honda S2000 and the seats look perfect, no cracks anywhere. -To be fair this car sits in an indoor garage and I am always looking to park in shaded areas- but my former daily driver (Acura RSX type S) does not get the garage queen treatment and the seats after 6 and a half years of use are also perfect.
I have tried other stuff over the years but in the end I have always returned to Lexol.
There might be better stuff, no doubt, but I know Lexol is safe, effective, easy to use, readily available and truly nourishes the leather.
Try to keep car in the shade at all times, UV rays are one of the main enemies!
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Daniel

Lanolin (Latin: lāna "wool", and oleum, "oil") has some major disadvantages - it softens uncoated leather very easily and can lead to the seating areas sagging, it is also susceptible to microbial attack, and can cause the leather stitching to rot. Lanolin oil and the urethanes used as either a pigment or protective coating on automobile leather upholstery are not compatible as they will corrode the binder system, causing it to fail. When used on coated leather it will only sit on the surface and be transferred to clothing

Finished leather doesn't require 'conditioning'...

Unless a Premium Leather option was purchased the type of leather upholstery used by 95% of OEM is a multi stratum covering over the leather hide; the top strata is the surface pigmentation (colour) and an abrasion resistant urethane. Simple cleaning and protection steps that will prolong the life of finished leather, urethane doesn’t require conditioning or rejuvenation

Interesting... I have a corbin seat for the bike (Corbin Motorcycle Seats & Accessories | Made in the USA since 1968 | 800-538-7035). Their recommendation was mother's leather conditioner because of the natural properties of the leather seat cover.
