Maintaining recently refinished surfaces

My car was involved in an accident and when I picked it up from the body shop they told me not to wash or wax it for 90 days to let the paint cure completely. They said I can hose it off but not use any cleaners that contain waxes, sealants, glazes or other protection.

I have ONR, Poorboy's World Slick And Suds (my favorite maintenance shampoo), Chemical Guys Citrus Wash And Gloss. The Chemical guys one is surely out of the question, but can any other ones of the ones I have or something else be used safely to wash the car? I hate the idea of a dirty car.

Also, if I need to clean up something like bird crap, can I use ONR or Poorboy's World Spray and Wipe? Or something else?

That sounds like BS. Never heard that before, that's why body shops use those heated ovens to dry off the paint. Idk that's just my 0.2 cents

The reason for this is that factory paint is cured at 300 degrees, and only up to 150 in body shops to avoid melting plastics, wires, electronics and such. I've done some research on this to confirm what the body shop is saying to me.

So what's a good solution for maintaining the paint? I am leaning towards Poorboy's world Spray and Wipe for light clean up, as it appears to be a purely cleaning solution (no protection).
