Black Paint on Towel??!

So I got my car detailed the other day at Krazy House Customs. The guy did a pretty good job for the most part. But now when I rub my microfiber towel on my car because of dust or something, it seems like I'm taking off paint on my car because my rag gets some black on it. I contacted the detailer and he said it may be the tire shine he put on my wheels or something...but I think it's my paint that's coming off?! Someone please help guide me towards what it may be

that's strange but I don't think it is paint... could he have used a tinted glaze that is for black cars?

yeah I don't think your paint is coming off...that would mean there is no clear coat or anything on it...

I think Blackjack is probably right. Some product they used (sealant/glaze/etc) might have just been dark in color and that is what you are seeing

Yeaaa.. he said he was going to haze it. That's what you guys think it is? What does haze do for the car?

Nope no Arbsorber.

Invest in a few of these. Makes drying a lot easier. Sheet the car first.

glaze, not haze. glaze is a finishing producted typically with filling ability to hide light swirls. Some contain a small amount of protection and some glossing agents to make the paint shine deeper. glaze don't last long and is not a replacement for wax or sealant.
