Steering Wheel

Should the steering wheel be treated the same way as the seats?...I have never used the lexol I am waiting on but I know the steerring wheel in my last car went to hell.

also...are grills are chrome or plastic?...again treat them how?

I may occassionally put some Zaino leather in a bottle on it because it's less greasy/shiny/annoying than other products.

You don't want to put something that'll make the steering wheel slick.

I had a 93 325IS and a 2000 Mustang with steering wheels that looked like new when I sold them recently. Most of the wear comes from how people grip the steering wheels and use them (friction with your skin, any rings on your fingers rubbing on the wheel, etc).

The grills are plastic with chrome. You can polish them and wax them...
