Question Interior cleaning newbie

I understand the information I need are probably scattering around the forum, but hey let's see.

For interior cleaning, what are the steps and products that you guys have used?

Carpet cleaning(I have light carpet ), leather seat cleaning and protection? How about dash board and other plastic area?

Thanks
Sy

I use ....
Leatherique Prestine Clean and condition with Leatherque Rejuvinating Oil. I have also used Lexol cleaner and conditioner and i recommend it, its cheaper and very good. I finish off with 303 aerospace protectant as a uv shield

Leather Masters for leather, 1z cockpit premium for pretty much everything else. Folex on carpet stains will do. PM me if you'd like more info.

Dan,
Thanks. So, I just went to check the Leather Master site. How long does a LM50 last from your experience?

You mean how long will the bottles last? They will last years. You use very little protection cream and vital. Not like what you see with Leatherique. The cleaner will last awhile, but not nearly as long. I might be selling mine in favor of some stuff I got from the UK.

I think leatherique is the best out there, but most dont want to spend that kind of money. I love Zaino Z9 and Z10 (leather in a bottle). Also tried lexol on gf's car and liked as well...will see how it holds up next to the Zaino.

Because Vinylex contains some types of silicone. In general, you want to avoid silicone.
