Psshhhh.... leaf blowers

I just get in the car and gun it to 88.

 

on amazon its now $39...exact same one at walmart for $29

I blow almost all the water off of the entire vehicle. Especially cracks and crevices. When I get finished with the blower there is very little left to wipe off with the drying towel.

It's not a big deal. Just get a blower or compressor and do it. You dont need to worry about pressure or anything lie that. As far as dust, it will only blow off some of the dust if it's heavy. A blower will not blow off all the dust, even if your finish is slick and well waxed. blow off the loose dust and then use a MF and some detailer spray.

 

It's a slightly different model, but essentially the same. The WEB 150 is a model made for retail outlets like Wal Mart. Mine is a WEB 160 and was about $30 when I bought it at Amazon. But it has the seame exact design and motor.

 

Yup, just bought one. I was going to get the el-cheapo one from Amazon, but I ended up looking at Consumer Reports and buying the $70 recommended Toro blower. But that's just 'cause I wanted one to use for actual leaf blowing & vacuuming too.

 

Well, I tried my compresser and it doesn't really cut it. It's used for a nailer and there it works well but when I use it to blow, the pressure drops quickly. I don't really know why, but it's not really usable.

Off to buy a leaf blower!
