Road dust stuck on car?

I washed and clayed and sealed my car yesterday and had to park it on the side of a busy road all night. Today I noticed the whole car is now covered in silvery specks all over (even the windows). They almost look like they're part of the paint because even if you blow on it or rub it lightly with your finger it won't come off.

What's the best way to remove these? MF towel plus QD? I'm afraid of scratching the paint with all these little dots.

thanks

best way to prevent scratches is to use a lubricant. since it's all over your car, i would suggest a wash. spray water on it first, then use a nice sudsy microfiber mitt and wash off those dust particles.

if u think it's not that bad and quick detailer would work, use that.
