Wheel wells on G37 Coupe?

Any tips for the wheel wells on the 2009 G37 coupe? They appear to be some sort of really rough, soft, composite material. Scrubbing them with a wheel brush and some APC doesn't really seem to do anything. I have never seen this type of material in a wheel well, it is closer to fabric than plastic/rubber like most cars have. Once cleaned, any recommendation for dressing?

I use this stuff on my wheel wells and they come out looking amazing:

Chemical Guys Fade 2 Black - 13 oz | Detailed Image

Literally from road salt white to black in a matter of seconds!

My typical process for washing wheelwells is the following;

* Thoroughly hose down the wheel wells with water to remove dirt, mud, etc
* Clean wheelwells with simple green APC and a wheelwell brush (without using too much pressure.).
* Protect with 303 Aerospace
