Clear coat question?

I had a quick question that popped in my head. I have a extended and detailing program that I got from the dealer for free when I bought my car in 08 and I had a quick question about clear coat.

On the paper it said that I had to get a new set of clear coat on my car. The clear coat is covered under my warranty program and I was wondering if I have to actually get it done every 6 months because on the paper it says I have to get it every six months.

I'm pretty sure they are just talking about waxing/sealant your G every 6 months, which sounds about how long sealant/wax should last, I never heard of them re-applying the clear coat, hope this helps.

This is correct, although I would be weary of letting the dealer detail your vehicle, I have yet to see a dealer which did not induce marring while washing.
