touch free car wash

What about the chemicals used to dissolve the dirt on your car? Are they harming the paint or rubber trim???

Do not go to a machine car wash or I will kill you for putting your G through all that pain. A hand car wash on the other hand, I would go if I really, really need to wash my G and I can't wash it my self no matter what. Anyone know if Hoffmans car washes are good for our G's? I never took any of my cars there so I wouldn't know..

Is this safe for the paint?

Thanks!
No, No, No, and No.

Hand Wash/Machine wash or wash it yourself unless you love swirls marks and halograms in the sun. Trust me.. I have gone to hell and back to get this car perfect, and I mean perfect. Zero Swirls, etc... Even if I press to hard with clean microfiber cloths I get light swirls..

What if you have a good sealant over the paint? Will that stand up to a regular automatic car wash or the touchless car wash?
