How good is Cilajet...?

How good is Cilajet...?
Does anyone know? My car came with that cilajet and the dealer told me that it's very good.

I've never heard of it. So I just checked their website and it sounds pretty good. Hopefully someone with experience with it can chime in here for ya...

My dealer threw it in free on my car and I saw no positive effects.
