Pro detailers:
What's you experience or opinion on the Optimum line? I'm considering trying the polish, compounds, poli-seal, and opti-seal. I've used the ONR and it was alright, I like the power clean a lot. What's you opinion of these or other Optimum products you've used.

IMO there are better options out there. Opti-Seal really disappointed me, I didn't feel like anything was actually bonding to the car.
I have OP and OC and they are both trumped by Menzerna polishes.
The only product I still go back to time after time is ONR.

Exactly the kind of feedback I was looking for Don. Thanks. I love Menzerna too
I've tried the OPT polished and agree with Don. You can really get anything better than Menzerna. Menzernas polish line is incredible with the right level of cutting strenght to get the job done.
As far as the other products, I know many people like the Instant Detailer as a quick detailer. In addition, the Spray wax is a good for a quick wax application in between wax jobs after a wash.
I think the thing to note is that detailing products are completely a matter of user preference. I know some detailers that love your basic Meguiars products and think others are crazy for using higher line detailing products. For them Meguiars accomplishes the results THEY want, but for me (and other detailers) prefer the better engineered products like Menzerna polishes/sealants, pinnacle and dodo juice waxes, etc.

I'll put in my .02 where I think the OPT polishes shine. As Dan1, they do have very long work periods, which is ideal if you're detailing outside in the sun. For mobile detailers, OPT polishes are very good and effective as they may not always be in a garage or have shade. Menzerna polishes flash and dust very quickly in the sun, so OPT does have their benefits. Last time I polished with OPT's stuff I wasn't disappointed, we have their newest formulations as they've tweaked it a couple times over the years. I'm not saying I'm changing from my Menzerna line up as my go-to polishes, but bang for the buck, OPT is a great value considering all their 32oz size polishes are less than $20.

Thanks for the insights guys. I'm [I]very[I] happy with the Menzerna polishes I use. I was just curious as to how OPT products stacked up in the opinion of guys who know more about it than I do.
