That would probably be considered a comp claim anyways, or at worse a not at fault accident. Don't fear your insurance policy. I do have to say by your posts your not having too good of a week here with your car, cracked windshield and now this. Could put a claim in to repair the hood, and last i checked the CF hoods might be around 600 or so, around the same costs of repainting. They say every dark cloud has a silver lining. Don't suggest this to the insurance company though, if thats what you want to do then just ask for a settlement check for the amount to repair your car.

yeah, that is simple and its done. the other plot would take some effort on your part in talking with body shops and getting them on your side.
yeah im not having a good week at all with the car... a lot of bad luck..
when the stick hit my hood at the same time a rock hit the splitter and it gave the splitter a sctrach but thats like super close to the ground and i think in time it would have happened anyways ... so i dont care as much ..

dude im scared to even drive the car now cuz whats next ?? im stopped at a light in miami lakes and a tree falls on top of my car ??
cuz seriously i cant wait till this week is over... and my dad is all pissed cuz he doesnt want me to go take it to get fixed and stuff its all a big pain in the a$$
its like idk why he gets mad .. i have the money to do it but he says the paint will never be the same and all this crap and its not true cuz the paint will be the same .. this guy at body tech does a great job.. he painted my spoiler and put it on..

lmfao yeah cuz that would look nice.. lol ... na i saw his work with touch up paint and i saw the work with the whole clear coat, primer and paint and stuff.. comes out much better..
