Ran over a hub cap
I was on my way to Amp on Monday for the bbq and the van in front of me hub cap fell off. couldnt dodge it so it hit my front bumper 
its pretty noticible. tried everything to get it off but fail. called my insurance company and they said since my car and the other car did not make contact they cant do anything. any suggestion of what i can do to get the other people to fix it. i got their license plate and my friend took pics of the other car missing the hub cap.
