A mark on your paint you mean that you don't want there? Well you need some sort of abrasive polish and a porter cable to make it easier. You can try rubbing it with Scratch X for a while by hand b.c it might take a bit of time to remove the blob completely, or go to someone that has a PC they can lend you.
