Clear Bra on a Lease?

Does this make any sense at all?

I think not; but I love a road-rash free hood.

If you plan on keeping the lease, sure its worth it.

It does not make sense to do. Why spend the extra cash. Just use that money and put it towards wheels...which you can remove and sell later on

I'm in a lease and just had my clear-bra installed. My work is having me do a lot of interstate driving and I for one want to keep the car free of chips and scratches from road debris. So I guess I fall into that "**** about keeping it clean" category.

But anyways, I've had some colleagues of mine sell their leases out right and cut a profit rather than turn them in. This due to very low miles and the cars being in very good condition. So that clear-bra might come in handy to a potential buyer. (IMO).

If you could turn around and sell the car, I would go with a clear bra. But you mentioned that you do a lot interstate driving, how many miles do you put in a month?
I am in the same boat as you with regards to keeping the car spotless and my car is also a lease. Luckily for me, I only do interstate driving on weekends (if I have too)...one of the reason why I decided not to get a clear bra.

Well if you just want something you can throw on the nose when doing interstate driving and don't want to spend $600 plus to put a clear bra on a lease, shoot me a PM. I can get you a new Infiniti Nose Mask for half price plus shipping. Here's Infiniti's blurb on this item:

Engineered to help minimize flutter and wind noise at higher speeds, the nose mask offers extra protection for just about everything the road throws at you. A soft, felt-polyester lining helps protect the exterior finish. You'll appreciate the sleekness and functionality of the custom-fit design.

Did it on my lease because I'm not sure what I'll do at lease end. Chances are I'll just turn the car in, but if I want to buy it or sell it. I'd prefer it to be in perfect shape. I'm also vey **** about keeping a clean car and rock chips would drive me mad over my course of ownership.
