rock tip
That sucks. Don't you wish you bought a clear bra now?
I'm already beginning to notice a couple small imperfections in my bumper too, and I barely drive the damn thing. I'm looking into getting a clear bra in the coming months.
I don't think anyone on this board has repainted their bumper due to paint chips...correct me if I'm wrong.

it's not worth to repaint a whole bumper just because of rock chips.. I mean you'll get rock chips from daily driving as well and it's expected.

you mean just a bumper? well if that's what you mean then that's way too much.

Took me a while to figure out what this thread was about. I thought someone was trying to tip over a rock...
For me the 3M clear bra was $700, but it covered the entire front bumper up on the hood about 1/4 and onto the two front side panels as well. It also covered the fronts of the side view mirrors as well as the portion in front of the wheel wells on the rear quarter panels. So not bad IMHO and has probably saved me a whole lot of rock chips or "tips" as some call it

I would highly recommend a clearbra... Nothing can get underneath the clearbra unless they clearbra over a dirty surface. I would not recommend a leather bra ANYWHERE. Lots of stuff can get underneath and act like sandpaper.
