Been lurking here for a while. Finally was able to sell my old car and pick up a G. I had an 09 STI in the past and there was (is) a large mod community in the GTA. Now I'm wondering where I can go to have work done on this G. I have a couple ideas of where to begin but I'd love a recommendation of a shop that knows these cars and can advise on upgrade paths, etc.

Any suggestions?

First thing I want to do is disable the HIDs from being the DRL. I've been searching but as the US cars don't have DRL there is very little information around. Has anyone here done this?

For reference I picked up a 2011 G37xS sedan with Nav. It's so clean it feels new.

 

If you look up the "VQlNorth" group on facebook, a large portion of the members are from the GTA area. You can ask for any advice on shops in the local area.
