We are a legit company that is capable of shipping anywhere around the world.
shipping cost varies depending on the size of the box.
we can use USPS but only for a small package because they have a box size limit.
For example, we can't ship the G37 coupe Diffuser via USPS because the box exceeds their limited size.
Buyer is responsable for any duties or fees and will be deducted the moment the package is received.

Autokits products are made to order, and usually takes 5-6 business days to have them ready. Which at that point we will provide the tracking information required for tracking.

If you receive a damaged item or with an issue, we kindly ask that pictures be taken, and sent to us at autokits-x@hotmail.com , ALL AUTOKITS X PRODUCTS HAVE LIMITED WARRANTY.

I apologize for the delay in answering posts this past month, we have been very busy working on the new products that will debut at the Vossen Carshow this Friday, May 25th.

The fastest method of communication is by calling us, but if we do not answer, please leave a message with your name and phone number and we will get back to you as soon as posible.
sometimes people call but they never leave a message, so it is tough for us to return the call when we have no infomration to rely on.

once the show is finished, we will get back to the normal routine and answer the pm's and e_mail's within 24hrs as usual.

i sent 2 PM's before about the new trunk for the G coupe, wanted to see more pictures and see if i can jump on the pre-order, and posted in the thread he created...yet still no answer!!

 

i ordered something from them too. they gave me a generous deal plus help with shipping. its not a expensive mod i bought it cuz im a sucker for a good deal..lol anyways so far so good. and best part when i pm them they reply within 24 hours. so now im playing the waiting game for my new mod.

 

You must be lucky, or they dont have to give you anything (money/parts) back. They havent replied here nor to my email/pms for a very very long time.
