GTM Twin Turbo Build
GTM Twin Turbo Build
So, as some of you may already know, I am about to embark on the path less traveled.
I am about to pick up the GTM TT kit for the g37 AWD as shown here:
GTMPOWER.COM
Now I know that looks crazy, but I am doing it, now come for the important questions...
My car does not have any internal work done... am I gonna blow my engine apart with this?
If yes or maybe, what do I need to get done to run with safety. It is an everyday driver, but the climate us BC folk are in, its quite cool most of the time, so I don't worry about over heating.
Any ideas or concerns would be VERY much appreciated!

Well you can start with reading some threads around the forum that other G members have made about their turbo builds, and if its going to be a daily driver why not just keep it stock? put on some bolt ons.
you can start with this thread to better your knowledge on turbos, https://www.myg37.com/forums/engine-...r-noobies.html

btw i dont mean to sound like a douche or anything when i say keep it stock, ive just been down that road with the whole i wanna put a turbo thing, it requires deep pockets, lots of commitment and time ohh and lots of money LOL
As far as cooling, our cars stock already have a cooling problem, and the amount of heat that boost produces is insane! definitely a cooling solution HAS to be apart of your build!
Good luck with build! post your progress!
say bye bye to $20,000.... All the supporting mods really add up, and GTM kits are notorious for bad fitment and missing parts, once its all together tho it should be fine if you get a good tune... I emphasize again, get a good tune.
