Legal Ride Height

This may be a stupid question but does anyone know if there is a legal ride height or is it legal to lower a car as low as you want? I tried looking up on this and found nothing for Ontario.

I don't know if its the same for canada but I read once that your car has to have at least 2 inch clearance from your Exhaust pipes to the ground(midpipes)

That's because US = America's diaper.

Seriously, you're gonna slam it to the point where it matters? Or are we just talking about this for knowledge's sake?

Thanks to everyone for the quick replies. I'm aware some American states have them in effect is which I wanted to find out for Ontario.

It's mostly for knowledge's sake. I wouldn't ever drop it that low. My neighbour wants to drop his 01 Prelude that low. IMO it's not really the smartest thing to do but his car, his choice.

Yeah in Cali there is a rule, I got a warning for it on my previous car. However, I don't know the limit for it.

In CA, I believe it's a minimum of 22 inches from the center of your headlight to the ground and that the lowest part of the car cannot be lower than the bottom of your rim.
