Hey guys, any of you know whether HFCs are legal in Ontario?

And I thought it would be a good idea to post up the "legal-ness" of HFCs in all the provinces/territories so we have a reference here in the forum!

 

they are legal in alberta and saskatchewan, i think because the dealership is puttin em on with warranty so my guess is legal! Berks FTW!!!

just call anyone who does inspections on cars, ie canadian tire, they should be able to tell ya

 

Illegal in California (yes it's far)

Only reason we use HFC's is to avoid the obvious smell of test pipes, while getting SOME potential performance increase.

havnt got the berks yet, i called to get em done and they said since i bought my car brand new from the states i dont have warranty and if u get berks theyre covering it on warranty at Erickson.... so right now im fighting with Wendle infiniti in spokane to see wTF im gona do , ive left three messages in the past three days but no call back!!!! but when i get em installed ill pm ya, where did u get urs on at? SES light on now?
