XM Radio deals?

Anyone planning to renew after the 3 month trial period ends? Any good specials instead of paying the full rate on their website? Thanks

Yes I did search, most of those guys are American so I figured the process would be different.

I know this may be very late, but I don't listen to my car radio (Ipod instead) & didn't realize I had a free 3 month trial until XM called me (don't laugh). They asked me if I wanted to keep it at a special cost, but I declined. The guy kept mentioning about how it'd be like getting X # of months free.

I just used the code OLFTA1YDU.

It gives you 50% off the 1 year rate. So $82.45 for the year. I believe it's good until July 15th. That's the best I've come across in Canada.

Did everyone's XM radio expire after 3 months?

I've had it since March 29, and I'm still getting every channel...?
I haven't signed up for anything...

Yeah I'm gunna do it. The normal radio only has mainstream music--I listen to pretty much everything except for like mainstream music (I guess I listen to alternative and classic rock, which isn't pop but it's still sorta mainstream but whatever)--you can never find like heavy metal or any electronic music on that radio and that's a huge part of what I listen to; so it's XM for me!

Just an fyi. I just tried this deal and the operator told me the deal ended however she still honored the %50 off and used a different code. I asked for the code but they would not give it to me. sorry guys. So the total i will be charged is $89.80.

XM called me to see if I wanted to renew for additional 3 months for $15. This will take me all the way to next Feb. I will see if they would still offer me 50% off then.

No interest at all. If I'm on the radio, AM680 (news + traffic) is my top choice, otherwise, mainly on my own CDs. I tried the XM for 2 weeks, none of the stations get me really excited. Besides, the sound quality on XM is not much better than FM, at least this is the case for the G, and definitely below my CDs.
