Big vinvin so your dealer can order them? I just got back from my dealer in Edmonton they said that they can see the part but it is not released in there system to order it. They have no clue about the kick plates or mood lighting. Man you think these dealers would be on the ball. I am will to pay stealership prices bu tthey are no help. Man where is the customer service. If I was that S^%tty at my job and treated customers lke that I would be fired.

It's pretty simple. Just get someone to hold it in place really tight to where its gonna be when you drill the holes, slip the clips on, screw in, and take the tape off and apply pressure. Same for the fronts, minus the tape part.

I know how you feel. To me customer service come first, if you don't know anything about what you sale, you should not saleing it. I paid close to $70000.00 for the car and none of the sale people know what they are doing. They just take your money and tell you to f#*& off. Makes me never want to purchase an infinti again. Very disapionted with the dealership customer service, but very happy with the car.
