Nice to see that there are some other G37 owners out there. I'm in Edmonton and have an OB G37S.
I'm also looking forward to some highway driving! I'm not as worried about the rock chips... thats why I spent all that extra on the 3M masking.
Good to see some more Alberta owners. Highway driving would be pretty fun on some of the roads we have out here, but I hope you don't think the 3M masking prevents rock chips. I have it too, sure it will stop some, but I still have my fair share. Worst places are the rear quarter panel, they don't cut the 3M large enough here, so the rocks hit right in front of the wheel well as well as in the panel gap between the quarter panel and the door. These aren't so bad though, at highway speeds what will be bad is one right in the windshield. After 5 months the only reason she doesn't have worse chips or a cracked windshield is because I'm avoiding the major roadways like Deerfoot.
Big J i live in leduc you ever drive in the Leduc/Nisku area because i saw an OB G#&S and i was like damb somone stole my car. Good to hear you drive in the winter too. Same here but not all the time. I am in the middle east right now working been gone for a month cannot wait to get back and drive my G snow or no snow.
out to the Leduc/nisku area every so often. Probably was me... not too many 37's in Edmonton now as it is, and I've never seen another OB one. I agree with you that this car is meant to be driven, winter or not!
