I recently saw an ‘09 G37 sport with 42k miles for $11k. All maintenance has been done at the Infiniti dealer; the last maintenance was done late last year to replace the dash.

is this car worth considering? Is there anything I should. check beforehand?

In my opinion you can find newer G’s for around the same price more or less.. I’d keep looking if I were you.

low mile 6mt for a touch high.... I’d pounce if I liked the color.

If that's a 6MT that's a crazy steal.

 

I'm actually looking at a 09 6MT sedan with 73k miles for around $11k myself. Looks super clean and all maintenance looked good at first glance. Ive had Maximas before but this will be my first G.

 

Get a 10+ has better front and rear styling

 

I personally like the 09 front end with the oem lip. $11k is a great deal for a super clean 6mt with 73k miles. I paid 14k for a similar 09 that I have to do quite a bit of maintenance on.

 

Get a 2013+ if you can swing it.

Galley gasket should then not be a problem.

 

That’s not completely true and partially why I chose to get an 09. The gaskets are better but the fasteners can loosen and backout causing leaks and low oil pressure. I got the allen head fasteners to resolve that potential issue.
