Should i be worried?

I'm new to this forum and I'm looking to buy an 09 g37 sport with 63k miles with a lot of add on's. Which include; drilled and slotted rotors, true duals with x- pipe, megan racing muffler, eibach racing suspension 1.75" lowered, upper control arms with camber adjustment front and rear, and rear traction bars.

What worries me as i have little to no knowledge with these cars, is that the carrier bearing is being replaced at the moment. Is this a common occurrence to go bad at 60 miles? Would a bad bearing cause other components to wear out as well?

Thanks in advance for any and all responses!!

depends on the price. maybe you might want to pass and pick up a stock version. but i dont think the carrier bearing really will cause any issues. it really only supports the drive shaft, but i havent heard of any going bad so... good luck

If you know nothing about these cars, I would go with a stock car. That way, if anything goes wrong, its very easy to figure out the problem. You wont have to play the guessing game of what the last owner modified that made it go wrong. You also wont have that to fall back on as the reason for something happening to the car. Besides, there's just something about getting a bone stock car, and then adding things to it yourself as you learn more about the car.
